Cheese comes directly from the valley : Juglaret’s farm or Rullier’s farm. If you liked that cheese in the refuge, you can buy some to la Ville des Glaciers where it’s made when you walk back.  Cold meat comes from a small Haute-Savoie butcher.

Bread, such as jams, brioches, yogurts and everything you will eat at the refuge is homemade.

We try to offer you the more organic products we can.

For diner, we cook you an uniq menu : soup with cheese (tomme de Savoie), main course (variable), and dessert. The diner is exclusively vegetarian.

Please, we must be informed ahead of time in the eventuality of any particular dietary requests (vegan, gluten and/or lactose free, allergies,…)! Thank you!
